Hi, I’m Telli! (she/her)  @hairbytelli

I just moved to Portland from Phoenix, and I’m very excited to be at Romeo! I’ve been a cutting specialist for seventeen years and have recently added color to my services. I spent the first decade of my career working for Toni&Guy in Arizona, where I got a really strong foundation in all things cutting and styling. I attended many advanced education classes in Phoenix, Los Angeles, and London. I also taught classes locally, eventually becoming the regional education director. 

I love cutting all kinds of shapes from precision bobs to long shaggy layers to textured pixies and everything in between. I’m also really excited to do some creative color, if you’d like to see me for color please message me so we can consult before booking!
